Sue Meek was fantastic to work with! Our property was a tough sale due to the low market demand for our particular type of house. She was very optimistic during the process and kept a positive attitude throughout. There were many phone calls and text conversations exchanged between the two of us and she was always very patient with me. She understood the value of our home and how long homes like ours tend to stay on the market in the area. She never pushed us to lower the price outside of our comfort zone, she kept saying "The right buyer will come along". Sue walked me through the offer and made recommendations on countering. We are very grateful for her and her service. I would definitely recommend using Sue if you are in need of an agent for buying or selling.

Sue exceeded my expectations from start to finish. This was my first home purchase, we were relocating two hours away to the area, we had fairly unrealistic budget criteria (well criteria in general) for the market area, and Sue was up for the challenge. Sue constantly made herself available to help me through the process even outside of business hours. She made herself available to show properties sometimes with as little as 2 hour or less notice in surrounding counties. Sue's representation and knowledge were essential to executing the purchase of our home, but more than that, we gained a friend. I am completely and totally happy my experience.

Again Sue made this transaction much easier than we anticipated. She took care of all the details and made sure the seller met his obligations.
